Not sure this is the solution but the the movers I am seeing are :

1. dc7 db6 2. gf6 ge5 3. fd6 ce7 4. aa7 ab4 5. ab8 ba3 6. be5 ed6 7. eb8 ab2 8. be5 bc1 9. ed4 and white will win with 3 kings.

The point of these puzzles - develop mental sharpness, to do "what ifs" several moves in advance.
Here you went through a series of necessary moves to arrive at the critical position - and instead of trying to find the instant kill you chose to generalize not seeing the simple cb2 next with the draw.

Thanks for the correction Sir Jake, it is good I am doing these puzzle because my weakness is revealed.

But imagine if you like so many other people did not participate - unchallenged you would just think that your solution was correct, you would never knew the true answer.
